Our Story
New Creation Plumbing is built on family, hard work, faith, and a desire to serve others well. It began as a father-and-son business, founded on a shared love of the plumbing trade and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Over the years, our family has poured a great deal of time, work, and heart into building New Creation Plumbing and serving the people of Central Oregon. As our family and business have changed over time, so has the way we operate. Today, New Creation Plumbing is a smaller, family-owned and hands-on business, with Doug continuing to lead the plumbing work and our family continuing to support the business behind the scenes. While our structure may look different than it once did, our commitment to our customers has not changed.
Doug brings more than 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry and remains committed to the principles that have always mattered to our family: honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and treating people with respect.

Why “New Creation”?
The name New Creation Plumbing comes from 2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.”
For our family, this verse represents the hope of new beginnings and the transformation that comes through Christ. It is a reminder of the grace we have been given and the calling to live out our faith in the way we conduct our lives and our business.
Our faith guides our values and shapes the way we serve others. We believe every person deserves the same honesty, respect, care, and quality workmanship—regardless of their background or beliefs. You don’t have to share our faith to receive our very best service.
We hope our actions reflect the values behind our name, and that every customer feels welcomed, respected, and cared for. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the diverse communities of Central Oregon.
